What our customers say of us!

My laptop had been running like a snail for months. Dropped it off in the morning and had it back by afternoon running faster than the day I bought it. Couldn't believe it.

Got hit with ransomware and thought I'd lost everything. He recovered all my files and had Windows reinstalled same day. Absolute legend, will recommend to everyone.

Called about a blue screen issue, got a quote within 20 minutes on WhatsApp and the repair was done next morning. Pricing was exactly what was quoted. No surprises.

Built my first gaming PC and completely botched the cable management. He tidied the whole thing up, re-seated my RAM properly, and it actually posts now. Great service.

Our home WiFi had dead spots all through the back of the house. He came out, repositioned the router and added a mesh node, now we have full signal everywhere. Worth every cent.

PC completely died on me the night before a huge work deadline. He answered on WhatsApp at 8pm, came first thing next morning and had it running again by 10am. Lifesaver.

Mum's computer was covered in viruses, browser hijacked, the lot. He cleaned everything, set up proper antivirus and even showed her how to spot dodgy emails. Really patient and kind.

Transparent, fast, and actually explains what he did in plain English. Didn't feel like I was being upsold anything I didn't need. Already booked him again for a RAM upgrade.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before booking.

Do you come to me, or do I drop my PC off?
Both options are available. For most PC repairs, upgrades and builds, you drop your machine off to me in Canning Vale — it's quicker and means I can work on it fully. For networking, printer setup, smart TV, and on-site jobs, I come to you anywhere in Perth. A $40 callout fee applies for on-site visits.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are completed same day or next day. Simple jobs like virus removal, SSD upgrades and password resets are often done within a few hours. More complex repairs like data recovery or a full Windows reinstall may take a full day. I'll always give you an honest time estimate before you book.
Will you wipe my files or data?
Never without your permission. I always back up your files before doing anything that could affect them — including Windows reinstalls. You'll be told exactly what will happen to your data before I proceed. Your files are treated with the same care I'd want for my own.
What if you can't fix it?
For dead drive data recovery, it's a strict no fix, no fee policy — if I can't recover your data, you pay nothing. For other repairs, the $120 diagnostic fee covers my time to assess the problem. If a repair isn't possible or isn't worth the cost, I'll tell you honestly and not charge you more than the diagnostic.
How does the $120 diagnostic fee work?
The $120 diagnostic covers a full check of your PC, a root cause report, and a written quote. If you proceed with the repair, the $120 is deducted from the total cost — so you're not paying on top of the repair price. If you decide not to proceed, you only pay the $120 for my time and report.
Do you work on laptops as well as desktop PCs?
Yes — most software repairs, virus removal, Windows reinstalls, data recovery, and SSD upgrades can be done on laptops as well as desktops. Hardware upgrades like RAM and storage are possible on many laptops too, depending on the model. Message me with your laptop model and I'll let you know what's possible before you book.
What areas in Perth do you service?
I'm based in Canning Vale and serve all Perth suburbs for drop-off repairs. For on-site visits (networking, printer setup, smart TV), I travel across the greater Perth metro area including the southern suburbs, eastern suburbs, and the CBD. Not sure if I cover your area? Just message me and I'll confirm.
Is there a warranty on your work?
Yes — all services come with a 30-day labour warranty. If the same issue comes back within 30 days of the repair, I'll look at it again at no extra labour cost. Hardware components (SSDs, RAM) also carry their manufacturer warranty. You can also add a 3-month follow-up health check as an optional add-on for ongoing peace of mind.
How do I pay?
Payment is accepted via bank transfer or cash on collection. I'll send you a clear invoice when the job is done so you have a full record of what was completed. No payment is required upfront — you pay when you're happy with the work.
Can you help me choose parts for a new PC build?
Absolutely. If you're building a gaming PC or upgrading and don't know where to start, message me with your budget and what you'll be using it for and I'll put together a parts list. I'll always recommend the best value for your budget — no inflated margins, just honest advice. Assembly is $150 with full benchmarking included.
Do you offer remote support?
Yes — for software issues, settings, troubleshooting, and guidance, I offer remote support via AnyDesk at $50/hr. This is great for smaller issues that don't require a physical drop-off, or if you just need a quick second opinion on something. Message me and we'll set up a session at a time that suits you.
