The rules behind the numbers
The $120 is the job, not the hour
One flat fee covers the diagnostic, all repair labour and the 30-day warranty. It is charged in full whether you go ahead with the repair or not, because the diagnostic is the work. If a part is needed, the labour to fit it is already included and you pay only for the part. Our guide to repair pricing covers why this costs less than hourly billing in the long run.
Prices are fixed, never requoted
The price you are quoted is the price you pay. If we find something else once the machine is open, we tell you. We do not come back with a bigger number.
Quotes hold for six months
A written quote from us is valid for six months from the date we issue it.
No fix no fee on data recovery
Both data recovery services carry it. If we cannot get your files back you pay nothing. If we come to you rather than you coming to us, the $35 call-out still applies.
On-site is a flat $35 call-out
Charged per visit, on top of the service price, on every service. A $90 job at your place is $90 plus the $35 call-out. Most mobile technicians in Perth bill $205 an hour with a one-hour minimum.

Cash, bank transfer or PayID. A deposit covering the part cost is taken when we have to order one, with the labour paid on collection.
Same day where we can
Drop off before 2pm and most repairs are ready by 6pm the same day at no extra cost. It is best effort rather than a guarantee, and we tell you early if we cannot make it. Work finishing after 6pm carries the $20 priority booking fee.
